
HI‑PRO Cleaning – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
HI‑PRO Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking or receiving services from HI‑PRO Cleaning, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Subcontracting
HI‑PRO Cleaning may subcontract work to trusted, vetted cleaning partners. All subcontractors are required to follow HI‑PRO Cleaning standards, policies, and quality expectations. By booking with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees that services may be performed by subcontracted cleaning professionals.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Remediation
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your cleaning:

You must notify HI‑PRO Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return to re‑clean or correct the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds are not provided without first allowing us the opportunity to remediate the concern.
Failure to provide access for remediation voids any refund or dispute claim.
4. Cleaning Products, Chemicals & Allergies
HI‑PRO Cleaning uses industry‑standard cleaning products and disinfectants. By booking and checking out, the customer:

Confirms they do not have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns related to our products or chemicals.

Accepts full responsibility for informing HI‑PRO Cleaning before the appointment if alternative products are required.

Understands that special‑request products must be supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
HI‑PRO Cleaning is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to service.
5. Home Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners cannot access the home, a lockout fee may apply.
HI‑PRO Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
6. Valuables & Breakage
Customers are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and sentimental objects. While our cleaners take great care, accidents may occur. In such cases:

HI‑PRO Cleaning must be notified within 24 hours.

We may repair, replace, or reimburse at our discretion.

Items already damaged, unstable, or improperly installed are not covered.
We are not liable for normal wear, deterioration, or pre‑existing damage.
7. Pets
Pets must be secured during cleaning for the safety of both the animal and the cleaning staff. HI‑PRO Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping or reacting during service.
8. Service Limitations
HI‑PRO Cleaning does not perform:

Mold removal

Biohazard cleanup
-
Pest infestation cleanup
-
Heavy lifting over 25 lbs

Climbing higher than a 2‑step ladder

Cleaning of areas that are unsafe or inaccessible
9. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HI‑PRO Cleaning is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or customer negligence.

HI‑PRO Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that are unstable, improperly installed, or deteriorated.

HI‑PRO Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer agrees that HI‑PRO Cleaning’s total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.
10. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
11. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Chargebacks or payment disputes without first allowing remediation violate these terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or receiving services from HI‑PRO Cleaning, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
